Content: Advise on strategic and tactical rollout of global DevOps platform for Global Chemical Organization. Plan and hold workshops for global audience, capacity building, and project support.
Migrate xxx DevOps projects from distinct installations to global platform. Customize global platform to serve a multitude of projects, and still have a small footprint. Establish global standards for agile/DevOps projects.
Create/customize DevOps toolbox consisting of Atlassian products, complemented by JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube etc. Implement extensions as needed.
