Project manage the migration from SAP Ariba to Coupa S2P for the German branch of a global pharmaceutical organization. This included contextualization and localization of the modules, specific translations, communication with vendors and internal/external clients, setting up the structure of the catalogues, holding workshops and key user/end user trainings, and general advise and consultation.
